Stop looking at your body and finding flaws or saying that something is wrong with your weight. When we look in the mirror, we should focus on our good features rather than our bad. Wake up every morning, look in the mirror, and tell yourself that you are beautiful. Believe me, it really helps. Some of us look so hard at our flaws that we become miserable in our own body. Aspire to feel comfortable. Love yourself, love your body. Learn to not care what others think because all that matters is YOUR opinion, and your opinion on yourself should be that you are beautiful. What really matters is your personality; if someone vibes with you, they're not going to not talk to you because of what you look like. Your vibe is everything, we want the vibe we give off to be as positive as can be, and that means being comfortable in our own skin. You can aspire to work on your body, that's okay, there is always room for improvements! But don't let that aspire come with hating the body you have now.
